5. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Digital products (ebooks, workbooks) are delivered electronically after purchase.
• Physical products (paperback books) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Programme enrolment fees are non-transferable unless explicitly approved.

6. Refund Policy

• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of ebooks, workbooks, and digital bundles are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed.
• Physical products: If your paperback arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
• Programme enrolment: Refund requests for the Second Act AI Advantage programme must be submitted within 7 days of the programme start date and before completing more than one module. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
