The Second Act Sprint is three live working sessions where you excavate what your twenty years are actually worth, and turn it into a position — named, priced, and specific enough to say to a stranger. Small enough that you get worked on individually. Not a course. A room.

What happens in the room
Session one — Value Excavation.
You find the thing you’re actually paid for, which is almost never what your job description says. You’ll leave with a list you didn’t know you could write — and it has your name on it, not your employer’s.
Session two — Named and Priced.
You take that list and decide two things: what it’s called, and what it’s worth. Whether it becomes an offer you sell or a case you make inside your own company, the work is identical. This is the session most women arrive dreading and leave quoting.
Session three — The Claim.
You say it out loud, to the room, and we sharpen it until it holds under pressure. Then it’s yours to take into Monday.
Between sessions: a private group chat that stays open, and a voice memo from me after each call — because the useful thought usually arrives forty minutes after the Zoom ends.
Two weeks later, a card arrives in your post. Your position statement, printed. Put it somewhere you will see it.

Who it’s for · who it isn’t
This is for you if you have twenty-plus years behind you, a senior title, and a growing suspicion that the next twenty should look different — and you would rather be worked on directly than watch a module.
This is not for you if you want a course you can catch up on later, you cannot make all three live sessions, or you are earlier in your career and still building the raw material. If you need sustained one-to-one work rather than a cohort, the Sovereign Retainer is the better door.
If you attend the first session and it is not what you came for, tell me within 48 hours and I will refund you in full. After that the seat is yours and the cohort is set, so I am not able to refund — with eight seats, one empty chair changes the room.
